Well Festivals are approaching we all should stay safe from covid19 by same safety norms
Social distancing means atleast 6 feet distance between individuals not socialising at 6cm distance still that awareness hasn’t spread among the public. But luckily the rate of infection is on the lesser side.
Wear mask on all times when you are out of your house. Please wear it properly by covering your mouth and nose. Most of them wearing it wrong as if you have an umbrella shoved in your armpit and walking in heavy rains without using your umbrella.
P.S I’ve been seeing people wearing the same mask for months now please use fresh masks daily.
Hand hygiene best method is washing your hands with soap and water regularly at an interval of 2 hrs once or else wash as soon as you handle anything. Use of sanitiser is temporary solution best would be the soap and water
Don’t touch Mouth Eyes and Nose... if you do it please wash your hands immediately.
Eat healthy food take plenty of water and do walk for 30 minutes daily keep your mind stress free sleep for 7-8 hrs
Please keep the screen time below 2-3 hours even this is not good but we have no other choice whether it’s online or offline. Let the child play outdoors.
Most of the schools are having their students hooked to screens like regular classes taking place.
Keep a watch on festival shopping do shop for real necessity (can spend our luxury to the needy people for their daily needs in this horrific times)
As there is pandemic happening, rainy and winter seasons approaching please be aware on bursting crackers the toxic smoke is gonna have serious impact on health. Anyway play it safe.
We from Aleem Baby Clinic wishing you all a Happy vijayadasami and deepavali. Stay safe stay healthy
