Patient Mrs Pansunda operated for chronic osteomyelitis before 6/12months with c/oPus discharging sinus since 8years post Intramedullary nailing elsewhere.Her nail removed 2.0years back but pus discharge still continued.
We did surgery for her illness by sequestrectomy (Removal of dead bone)about 4"size and saucerization of her cavity followed up by antibiotic cover and regular dressings for 3/52weeks.At 6months follow up whole cavity has filled up with new bone tissue and also no infected bone seen in last xray.Patient is able to do all hardwork in farm and sitting crossed legs and climb stairs without any pain.Results of such surgery are marvellous provided done appropriately and with due care in follow up to watch for recurrence.

Patient Of Advanced OA (osteoarthritis)of knee joint on both sides was treated by Injection Vissco supplementation on Right side and post injection 40 days follow up Patient is able to walk pain free .
This treatment is giving excellent results in such cases of Arthritis and can be a boon for patients not willing for major surgery.
We have given Hyalone (4cc)(Fidia Italy) for her treatment and she is obese and Diabetic in spite of these diseases we were able to give her good results.
