If your body feels tight, heavy, or stuck from long hours of sitting or daily stress, this gentle 3-pose sequence can make a real difference. 🌿

Malasana (Yogic Squat)
This grounding pose deeply opens the hips, ankles, and groin while gently releasing tension in the lower back. It also massages the abdominal organs, supporting digestion and pelvic health.

Cat–Cow (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana)
A beautiful spinal wave that improves mobility and flexibility of the spine. Moving with the breath helps release stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and back while calming the nervous system.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog)
This pose lengthens the entire back body, strengthens arms and legs, and improves blood circulation. It’s both energising and calming — helping you feel lighter and more aligned.
