We organized an awareness session in Umsawnongkharai on the eve of World Environment Day 2024 in cooperation with St Joseph Umsawnongkharai RCLP School and the Umsawnongkharai community. On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, we also planted 200 trees.

The event's goal was to raise awareness about the environment's threat from rising pollution levels and the necessity to protect it by planting more trees in light of Meghalaya's increasing deforestation and the global warming trend.

During the previous two days, we participated in an eye screening camp in Lumshnong and Brichyrnot, East Jaintia Hills District.
On the 24th and 25th of November 2023, our team served patients suffering from eye-related ailments at an event organized by Star Cement's Department of CSR.
As a consequence, many individuals in the region benefited, and we congratulate Star Cement for taking the initiative.
