Today is just an occasion for Women's Day ... but every day is because of you. The question is, how do you manage all this cool stuff daily? To look after ksh*tij, his food, school, study and different classes..all small and big work in the house. And beyond that, how do you manage our business and customers? What we eat what we are!!!
Our physical and mental well-being is directly linked to what we eat and drink.

The nutritional content of what we eat determines the composition of our cell membranes, bone marrow, blood, hormones, tissue, organs, skin, and hair.

Our bodies are replacing billions of cells every day and using the foods we consume as the source.

So make sure before eating we may have a good choice. Our mind say's nothing will happen while eating what we likes but intellectual sense always tell us what will going to happen when we eat wrong food.

It's a continuous process so all of us need to change our eating habits and have some specific occasion of cheats.

Why do we needs weight loss?

Post 20's more or less our physical activity comes down like sports and exercise. We focus more on education. Then after graduation and post graduation our focus shifted on career, job or business. Then after we focused more on money and responsibilities. Automatically in these phases of life we ignore ourselves at every step. Then suddenly our clothing sizes gets changed. We were struggling to complete daily tasks. Day by day stress increases and also self confidence, motivation and inspiration slightly goes down. Then one fine day either our cloth or family doctor realises us to think about our weight. I went through these phases and it's really difficult for me. I started making time for me and found my perfect reason for fitness and that is very simple look good, feel energetic and fit for entire life.

But last 6 months ago he is connected with us. Trying to lose his excess weight in a healthy way.😊😊
