What we eat what we are!!!
Our physical and mental well-being is directly linked to what we eat and drink.
The nutritional content of what we eat determines the composition of our cell membranes, bone marrow, blood, hormones, tissue, organs, skin, and hair.
Our bodies are replacing billions of cells every day and using the foods we consume as the source.
So make sure before eating we may have a good choice. Our mind say's nothing will happen while eating what we likes but intellectual sense always tell us what will going to happen when we eat wrong food.
It's a continuous process so all of us need to change our eating habits and have some specific occasion of cheats.
