Not everyone chooses us and we never try to convince anyone.

What we have noticed over the years is simple: people come to AAROGYAM when their energy is ready to align with ours.

🌸 This morning, as the 17th 200-hour TTC batch began with the Dikshā ceremony, Students joined from different parts of India, Mexico and Toronto.

Different lives, different time zones; yet something felt familiar. . .

"TRUST"

🌸 Trust doesn’t come from advertisements or promises.
It comes when something inside says, "this feels right".

📍For the next 25 days, this group will wake up early, question themselves, unlearn old ideas, practice daily and sit with discomfort as much as clarity. This journey is not glamorous, it’s sincere.

🌸 When people place their trust in us, we hold it carefully; because Yoga is not something you rush through, it’s something you enter when alignment happens.

The Story so far. . .❤️🧿

As the year ends, I want to acknowledge a small milestone today. . .

My Yoga Teacher Training Courses grew without ads, agencies or aggressive funnels. . .
Just one platform: YouTube.

Every enrollment came from people who watched my videos, stayed, questioned, reflected and then chose to learn from me.

I never promised shortcuts.
I never sold certificates like lottery tickets. . .
I never diluted Yoga to make it "easier to sell".

I spoke honestly about the Yoga teaching sector, about the struggle, about what Yoga can and cannot do.

Growth was slower this way. Some months were uncomfortable; but the Students who came were aligned, serious and willing to do the work.

Here’s the thing. . .

You can still build a sustainable Yoga education business without cheating people in the name of certificates, without fake claims, without compromising your values.

Authenticity doesn’t go viral overnight; but it compounds.

If you are building in a space where integrity feels expensive, this is your reminder. It’s not wasted. It’s working.

I'm grateful to 2025 for blessing me with patience to build what I always wanted. . .😊🧿
