On this exact day, March 13, 2019, I opened the doors to my very first Studio. I remember the weight of the keys in my hand and the knot of fear in my stomach. Back then, "Aarogyam" was just a name on a board and a hope in my heart.

The road since then hasn't been a straight line. It’s been a mountain range. From the total shutdown of 2020 to the personal and professional storms of 2022, there were moments where "giving up" seemed like the only logical choice. But the Universe had other plans.

What started as a small Studio grew into a brand trusted by Government programs and eventually, into the Yoga School it is today. Now, I don't just teach āsana; I empower the next generation of Teachers.

To every Student who walked through my doors and every hurdle that forced me to grow: Thank you. I am standing here today because I chose to get back up 101 times after falling 100.

7 years of Aarogyam. We are just getting started. 🙏🏻✨

In 2020, the world stopped, but my journey began. I discovered the art of making videos; not because I wanted to be "famous," but because I had to survive.

Video storytelling became my bridge. It took me from a struggling Teacher to a Business Owner with a global reach through the social media platforms. We often think business is about "strategy," but it’s actually about resilience. I have faced the hurdles, the technical glitches and the self-doubt. But I have learned that when you show up authentically, the Universe aligns for you. The Students and the success are just a reflection of the heart you put into your work.

To every Yoga Teacher reading this: Your struggle is your strength. Don't let the "how" stop you. Just start. If I can do it, you are already halfway there. 😊

🪷 They call it a "Teachers Training Course," but for most of our Students, it feels more like a homecoming. . .

The biggest feedback we get isn't about the curriculum (though we have got that covered, too). It’s about the feeling. That moment you realise you are surrounded by people who actually care about your growth, not just your enrollment status.

🌸 We have built a program where:

•You are mentored, not just managed.
•Your voice is heard, not just recorded.
•You graduate with a support system, not just a PDF.

🌸 We treat our Students like family because, to us, Yoga is about union and you can't have union without a real, human bond.

To be honest, today feels heavy. . .

Running a business isn't just about teaching the perfect Yoga class; it’s about managing the intense chaos behind the scenes.

Currently, I’m navigating a major shift: had to let go of the Team due to unmatched work ethics and it has thrown a huge wrench into my plans for YouTube and our upcoming content.

They say you have to "put in the hard work," but people don't tell you that the hardest work isn't the teaching: it’s finding a Team that actually matches your heart and vision.

In today’s world, to share the gift of Yoga and run a successful TTC, you have to be a Content Creator just as much as a Teacher. If you don't have the right people to help you capture the essence of your service, the message gets lost. It’s a steep learning curve and it’s exhausting to manage it all alone when things fall through.

But the mission of Aarogyam is too important to pause. I’m currently in the process of rebuilding and finding the right souls to help me carry this vision forward.
