Although intensivists are the primary caregivers in the ICU, as a neurosurgeon, I manage patients daily in the ICU. With 12 years of experience in ICU management, starting from JIPMER and BHU, effective ICU management, including ventilator settings and arterial blood gas readings, plays a vital role in patient recovery. garnered recognition as a neuro ICU expert from prominent national intensivists here.

যদিও আইসিইউ-তে ইনটেনসিভিস্টরাই প্রধান চিকিৎসক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন, তবুও একজন নিউরোসার্জন হিসেবে আমি প্রতিদিন আইসিইউ-তে গুরুতর অসুস্থ রোগীদের ব্যবস্থাপনায় সক্রিয়ভাবে যুক্ত থাকি। জিপমার (JIPMER) ও বিএইচইউ (BHU)-এর মতো শীর্ষস্থানীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রশিক্ষণ ও কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা দিয়ে শুরু করে আইসিইউ ব্যবস্থাপনায় আমার ১২ বছরেরও বেশি প্রত্যক্ষ অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ভেন্টিলেটর সেটিংস পরিচালনা, আর্টেরিয়াল ব্লাড গ্যাস (ABG) বিশ্লেষণ এবং রোগীর দ্রুত আরোগ্যের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ক্রিটিক্যাল কেয়ার প্যারামিটারসমূহের যথাযথ ব্যবস্থাপনা অন্তর্ভুক্ত। নিউরো-ক্রিটিক্যাল কেয়ারে এই দীর্ঘদিনের সক্রিয় ভূমিকার ফলে দেশের খ্যাতনামা একাধিক ইনটেনসিভিস্টের কাছ থেকে আমি নিউরো আইসিইউ বিশেষজ্ঞ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি লাভ করেছি।
