Hip pain ho raha hai… lekin reason samajh nahi aa raha?

Har hip pain sirf muscle strain nahi hota.
Kayi cases mein iska reason AVN (Avascular Necrosis) bhi ho sakta hai — jisme hip bone tak blood supply kam ho jaati hai aur joint damage hone lagta hai.

Steroid use, excessive alcohol, ya previous hip injury jaise factors bhi AVN ka reason ban sakte hain.

Isliye agar hip pain persist kar raha hai, usse ignore na karein.
Early diagnosis se joint damage ko control kiya ja sakta hai.
