🚶‍♂️ Don’t Ignore Leg Pain! It Could Be a Warning Sign

A patient came to us with severe leg pain and poor blood flow (Critical Limb Ischemia) due to a blockage in the right iliac artery.
✅ With a minimally invasive balloon procedure (PTA), we could restore blood flow and save the limb from amputation.

⚠️ Warning signs of Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI):

Pain in the legs even at rest

Non-healing wounds or ulcers

Blackening of toes or feet

Successful PCI to Diagonal Artery with DCB for Anterolateral Wall STEMI in a Young Patient
🚑 Case Highlight: 41-year-old male presenting with acute Anterolateral Wall STEMI due to flush occlusion of a diagonal branch.
🩺 Intervention: Primary PCI performed to diagonal artery using Drug-Coated Balloon (DCB) strategy — restoring flow without stent implantation.
💓 Excellent angiographic result, symptom resolution, and preserved myocardial function.
🌟 Early recognition and prompt intervention, especially in young STEMI patients with atypical culprit vessels, can be life-saving and preserve long-term cardiac health.
