We celebrated Viswakarma Puja at Siliguri Lions Netralaya today. As part of the festivities, khichuri prasad was distributed among Lions members and staff.
Lions Club of Siliguri also distributed fruit juice among 300 pedestrians under the project 'Amrit Dhara' of Lions International, Dist. 322 F in collaboration with Dabur India Ltd. and Bandhu Ek Asha organization.

District Chairman Of Inner Wheel Clubs District 324 Pinky Agarwal along with President, Inner Wheel Club of Panache Sangeeta Jain and other members visited our hospital. They have come forward to provide support for the cataract surgeries of 11 needy patients at Siliguri Lions Netralaya, a permanent project of Lions Club of Siliguri, District 322 F.

LIONS CLUB OF SILIGURI

Doctors' Day and CA Day was celebrated at Siliguri Lions Netralaya in the memory of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy with great enthusiasm on 1st July, 2025. The event honored the dedication and contributions of doctors and chartered accountants in their respective fields.

Dr. Mainak Mukherjee, Lion Dr. Naveen Agarwal, Dr. Jyotirmay Bhattacharyya, Dr. Tamal Dey, Dr. Soumen Maity, Dr. Kalyan Kr. Das, Dr. Garima Lahabar, Dr.Priyanka Mittal, CA Sweta Agarwal and CA Vivek Bawri were felicitated with khada and gifts. We also expressed our heartfelt wishes to Lion Dr. Monika Agarwal, Dr. Kritima Gurung, Dr. Manisha Wahab, Dr. Khushbu Jajoo Mundhra, CA PDG Lion Gopal Choudhury and CA Lion Bikash Choudhury who were unable to attend the program due to their busy schedules.

Among members, present were President Lion Nirmal Saha, Secretary Lion Binod Agarwal, Treasurer Lion Suraj Kundalia, Dist. GST Coordinator Lion Jayanta Saha, Zone Chairperson Lion Seema Saha, Program Chairman Lion Jai Singh Kundalia, Program Co-Chairperson Lion Udita Aich, IPP Lion Tapan Mazumder and many other respectable members.

1st Vision screening camp conducted by us at 4 No. Borough Office in association with 4 No. Borough Committee, SMC where eye check up of 81 beneficiaries were done, BP check up of 54 beneficiaries, diabetes check up of 54 beneficiaries and dental check up of 16 beneficiaries were done. General health check up of 30 beneficiaries and blood tests of 21 beneficiaries were also done in association with Thalamus hospital.

1st Blood donation camp was also conducted by Lions Club of Siliguri at 4 No. Borough Office in association with Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank where 24 units of blood have been collected.

1st Food for All camp also conducted by Lions Club of Siliguri at 4 No. Borough Office where food distribution among 300 beneficiaries was done and 2nd Food for All camp conducted at Baghajatin Park where food distribution among 300 beneficiaries was done.
