Today's Rct in lower left 2nd premolar in 78 years old male.
The patient is on medications for hypertension as well as blood thinners.
It was a tough case as patient was allergic to sodium hypocrite.
Bmp done till 25 6%
Gp placed 25 6%.
Irrigation completed with Ns and chlorhexidine followed by desmear!!
Sealer used "Resino seal"

The patient had severely calcified canal's due to his age...
