46 year Female, presented with swelling and pain in right maxillary region, since 6-8 month, here are ct, FNAC and clinical picture. She visited many dental clinics even BHU dental dept, but unfortunately remain undiagnosed.
We dit CT and FNAC and it turn out to be squamous cell carcinoma, mostly arising from right maxillary sinus.
