Food and mood go hand in hand (even scientifically), yes.
What you eat affects your mind and what state of mind you're in affect your food choices.
I can't emphasize enough when it comes to mental health.
When you look at health, you can't look at food or physical health in isolation. Your mental health plays equally a huge role in keeping your health intact. It may seem casual, but it's not. Anxiety, eating disorders, depression, emotional abuse, and many such issues need to be addressed, need to be spoken of.

Mental health is important, very important. Don't ignore it. Seek help if the need be, no one's here to judge you when you're looking after your health.
I have been sensitised to the importance of mental health, not just because of reading things but because of personal experiences and having a psychologist sister too. Have heard stories that a lot of us don't have the heart to bear. Let's make this world a better place.

Coconut water with its cream is the most compact mid-meal snack! So hydrating and refreshing!
The orange coconut water has peculiar sweet taste and it's tastes great! Difference in the green and orange is that of maturity (as explained by the localite!)

Another best strategy to manage healthy eating while traveling - !

Just another south Indian delicacy - Appam and coconut stew.
What a perfect balance of nutrients and taste! (carbs+proteins+fats+fibre)
And, so light and easy to digest! Could you ask for more?
Mostly consumed for breakfast.
Appam is also had with typical south Indian curries instead of roti.

One of the best ways to keep the so called 'vacation/holiday' weight at bay - food than having the same fast food that you can eat everywhere.

When in south, definitely try the sambhar rice.
No, you won't gain weight, you won't feel lazy all the time.
This food is rather the most nutritious and tasty.
You would feel sleepy if you over eat, if you don't sleep.

There is a homely feeling when the food is served with authenticity, love and care, which makes the holiday complete.

P.S: this was one of the meals. No kidding.
