Google meet webinar for *Developing AQ*

*AQ is Anxiety Quotient that further works on Adversity Quotient*.

Most of the people though capable cannot handle anxiety after seeing adverse situation and as a result end up in a worst situation.

We can help our people to overcome such situations by knowing how to handle adversities effectively.

Generally this factor is taught in disaster management. But we all need to inculcate it in the daily life disaster situations like present Post lock down condition as well.

This will be in three types of groups.

1. Exclusively for the parents of teenagers.

2. Youth who is seeing no hope due to present recession

3. Middle aged persons who are almost jobless due to lockdown.

The way of handling the subject differs for each group.

The first introductory Free webinar will be conducted for the parents of the teenagers.
