Tea ☕️is one of the most popular beverages around the globe 🌍 ..

*How many cups tea per day is too much* ??

consuming tea in a normal amount *(once or twice in a day)* is okay. But if you think you are too addicted to tea, then you should stop ✋ it step by step and slowly. Because for a regular consumer, sudden stopping of consuming tea can lead to side effects.

How can one reduce tea 🫖 intake?
There are plenty of other ways which you can make in a diet without cutting them altogether. For example, if you are planning to stop the consumption of caffeine then try using
