Sharing a case of 25 years old female with forearm fracture, operated elsewhere, presented with deformity of limb (non-union of radius and positive ulnar variance).On presentation she had severe pain with wrist movement and was barely able to hold a pen.I suggested her for resurgery, initially she denied for resurgery as she underwent severe physical and mental trauma after her first surgery.But as our team
counselled her and explained the prognosis, she agreed.After removal of implant we did osteotomy of ulna(removing a portion of bone) and fixation done. Now she came for implant removal.
