Recipe-
Ingredients:
• Carrot (grated) – 8 medium (approx. 4 cups)
• Makhana – 18–20 pieces
• Almonds – 10-15
• Cashews – 8-10
• Raisins – 1 tbsp
• Dates (seedless) – 4-5
• Hot milk – 1 cup
• Kesar – 10 strands
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp (optional)
Method:
1. Hot milk me makhana, almonds, cashews, raisins, dates aur kesar ko 20 minutes ke liye soak karein, jab tak sab ache se soft ho jaaye.
2. Soaked mixture ko blend karke smooth, creamy paste bana lein. Ye paste sugar aur khoya ka healthy replacement hai.
3. Pan me 2 tbsp ghee garam karein aur grated carrots daal kar medium flame par 10–12 minutes tak bhunein, jab tak carrots soft ho jaayein aur natural sweetness release ho.
4. Ab prepared dry fruit–milk paste carrots me add karein.
5. Low flame par 10–12 minutes tak lagataar chalate hue pakaayein, jab tak halwa thick, glossy aur ache se cooked ho jaaye.
6. Last me cardamom powder add karein, mix karein aur gas band kar dein.
