"हर हफ्ते miscarriage का risk बदलता है... क्या आपको सही timeline पता है?"

Pregnancy positive आते ही सबसे बड़ा डर क्या होता है?

- "कहीं miscarriage ना हो जाए..."

लेकिन सच ये है - risk हर हफ्ते same नहीं होता.

Week-wise reality:

Week 4-5:

Risk relatively higher होता है (implantation issues, chromosomal problems)

Week 6-7:

Heartbeat दिख जाए तो risk significantly कम हो जाता है

Week 8-10:

Still sensitive phase, लेकिन chances improve होते जाते हैं

Week 11-12:

Risk dramatically drop हो जाता है
← यहीं से pregnancy comparatively safer phase में enter करती है

Important truth:

ज़्यादातर miscarriages आपके control में नहीं होते

और अक्सर chromosomal कारणों से होते हैं- not because of something you did.

लेकिन हाँ -

timely scans

proper progesterone support (if needed)

lifestyle care

← ये pregnancy को safer बनाने में मदद करते हैं

▲ Ignore मत करें अगर ये symptoms हों:

bleeding

severe cramps

sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms

हर pregnancy अलग होती है... Google नहीं, proper guidance ज़रूरी है

All the best for your next pregnancy..

Protect her today for a healthier tomorrow.
The government is taking a strong step towards women’s health by providing the HPV vaccination for 14-year-old girls. This initiative aims to protect young girls from Human papillomavirus, a common virus that can lead to cervical cancer later in life.
By ensuring early vaccination, we are not just preventing a disease—we are securing futures, empowering young girls, and building a healthier nation. Parents and guardians are encouraged to support this initiative and ensure their daughters receive the vaccine on time.
Together, we can eliminate cervical cancer and create a safer future for every girl.

Sometimes childbirth brings more than one challenge.

During this C-section delivery, after safely delivering the baby, a large fibroid was also removed through Myomectomy.

One surgery. Two major victories.

Motherhood is strength. Medicine is teamwork.

It is important to understand what is IVF before planning it. The more one knows about it, it seems more comfortable.

IVF stands for in vitro fertilisation. The s***ms fertilise the egg in the laboratory, outside the human body. The initial steps of embryo development are observed under the microscope. The best embryo is selected based on guidelines. This embryo seems to have the best rate of implantation and pregnancy.

Certain embryos may get arrested in the process of growth. These are discarded.

Get your doubts cleared.

Embryo transfer is the most important step in your IVF journey!!

The most important factors responsible for it's success are:

1. A GOOD ENDOMETRIUM: ideal endometrium for embryo transfer is >7mm, triple line with good vascularity.

2. GOOD QUALITY EMBRYOS: embryos are graded before transfer, grade 1 embryos (AA) have high probability of implantation.

3. ATRAUMATIC EMBRYO TRANSFER: A smooth embryo transfer is ideal and increases the chances of implantation.

If you have any doubt regarding IVF-ICSI and embryo transfer, write in the comments below or directly DM →

5 most common signs of good fertility! -

1. Regular, predictable period cycles Your period comes roughly every 27-32 days without big surprises.

It means your brain, hormones, and ovaries are in sync and ovulation is likely happening regularly.

2. Clear, stretchy discharge mid-cycle Around ovulation, you notice egg white like cervical mucus.

This isn't random, it's your body actively supporting

s***m movement and signaling peak fertility.

3. Mild one-sided pain (mittelschmerz) A small twinge or heaviness on one side of your lower abdomen mid-cycle.

This often happens when the o***y releases an egg, a quiet sign ovulation is occurring.

4. Good period flow (not too light, not excessively heavy) A healthy period usually lasts 3-5 days with moderate flow.
Too scanty or extremely heavy cycles can sometimes hint at hormonal imbalance.

5. Noticeable energy & mood shift before ovulation You feel more confident, social, or "yourself" in the middle of your cycle.

That's estrogen rising which is a natural sign your body is preparing for ovulation.

If you've noticed even a few of these, your body might already be doing more right than you think

And if you're confused, worried, or just want clarity, DM me or drop a comment and I'll guide you on the next steps :)

“This tiny heartbeat… but what’s the story behind it?”
She walked into the OPD quietly…
Not weak, not broken — just tired of waiting.
Years had passed.
Every month brought hope… and then silence.
Questions from people, pressure from family,
and that one painful thought — “Why not me?”
When she sat in front of the doctor,
her voice was calm… but her eyes told everything.
“Doctor… I just want to become a mother.”
Tests were done. Reports came.
The journey wasn’t going to be easy.
That’s when we decided — IVF.
It wasn’t just a treatment…
It was patience, injections, emotions,
countless visits, and silent prayers.
Days turned into weeks.
Hope felt fragile… but she stayed strong.
And then came that day.
The scan room was quiet.
The monitor flickered…
And suddenly —
A tiny heartbeat appeared.
For a moment, nobody spoke.
Then tears rolled down her eyes.
Not of pain this time…
But of miracle.
After all the waiting…
after all the courage…
She was finally pregnant.
Sometimes, the smallest heartbeat carries the biggest story.

How many times do I have to say this? 👀
Smoking and drinking aren’t just ‘habits’… they directly impact your fertility.
Doctors and research both make it clear — alcohol and smoking can reduce s***m count, affect motility (movement), and even damage s***m quality 🚫
It’s simple:
If your lifestyle isn’t healthy, your s***m won’t be either.
In today’s time, infertility isn’t just a women’s issue…
Male fertility matters just as much — and your daily habits play a huge role.
Think about it…
What feels normal or ‘harmless fun’ today can turn into a real problem tomorrow when you’re planning a family.
Is temporary pleasure really worth long-term consequences? 🤔
If you want a healthy future and a healthy family,
it starts with the choices you make today 💯
✔️ Cut down or quit smoking
✔️ Limit alcohol
✔️ Eat better & stay active
✔️ Manage stress
Small changes now = a better tomorrow
Don’t ignore your health…
because when it comes to your future, every choice counts.

First Save it For Later !!

→ Women are born with all the eggs they will ever have-around 1 to 2 million. By puberty, only about 300,000 to 400,000 eggs remain.

Attention

→Egg quantity and quality naturally decreases as woman ages, especially after 35. This can affect the chances of natural pregnancy and the success of fertility treatments.

→ As women get older, her eggs have a higher risk of genetic abnormalities, which can affect embryo health and increase the risk of miscarriage.

→ Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels are often used to estimate egg reserve. Lower AMH levels suggest fewer eggs.

→Your habbits like smoking, stress and poor diet affects egg quality

→Freezing Eggs Early: Some women choose to freeze their eggs in their 20s or early 30s to preserve fertility, as younger eggs tend to have better quality and may improve chances of a healthy pregnancy later.

→You loose your egg reserve each month every period that means every month

And here's the bonus-

→ There is No way to increase egg reserves: unlike s***m in men, a woman cannot replenish or increase her egg reserve.

They had a healthy child 5 years ago.

This time, no success.

They tried for months... even took medicines.

Everyone said - "You already have one, it'll happen again."

But it didn't.

Save this video and share it with someone you know who needs to see this.

When they finally came to me, we did a simple semen test.

The s***m count was severely low.

That was the real reason.

Here's what people don't realise:

-Just because you were fertile once...

Doesn't mean you always will be.

S***m quality can change and often does - with time.

Why does s***m count drop over time?.

Ageing - Male fertility also declines with age.

Lifestyle factors - weight gain, smoking, alcohol, junk food

Prolonged sitting - like desk jobs, driving.

Heat exposure - laptops on lap, hot baths, tight underwear.

Stress & illness - both physical and mental health matter.

Undiagnosed medical issues - varicocele, infections, hormone imbalances.

So if you're trying again after years

- Don't assume all is well just because it once was.

Test early. Treat smart. Time matters..

Ever wondered what happens when you swallow a progesterone capsule instead of using it vaginally?
The difference lies in how the body absorbs the hormone.
When progesterone is taken orally:
• It first passes through the digestive system and liver (first-pass metabolism)
• Then it reaches the bloodstream
→ Because of this, some women may experience side effects like:
• Sleepiness
• Dizziness
• Mild nausea
• Bloating
When the same capsule is used vaginally:
• Progesterone is absorbed directly through the vaginal tissues
• It reaches the uterus more efficiently
• There is less circulation through the whole body
→ This is why vaginal progesterone often causes fewer systemic side effects
→ While still supporting the uterine lining effectively
That’s the reason:
Many fertility and pregnancy treatments prefer the vaginal route for progesterone support.
Important:
• Always follow your doctor’s advice on how to use progesterone correctly
→ Because the method of use can make a difference in both effectiveness and side effects
