Recipe:
1 cup carrot + 1 cup beetroot
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp mustard seeds
Boiled–cooled water
Method: Submerge veggies fully → keep jar in warm corner → taste after 3 days → stronger probiotic by day
