After celebrating Holi, your body and skin may feel tired due to colors, sun exposure, sweets, and dehydration. Here are some simple post-Holi health care tips 🌿
1. Rehydrate Your Body 💧
Drink plenty of water, coconut water, lemon water, or buttermilk to remove toxins and prevent dehydration.
2. Gentle Skin Care 🧴
Wash your face with a mild cleanser instead of harsh soap.
Apply aloe vera gel or coconut oil to soothe irritated skin.
Use a good moisturizer to restore skin hydration.
3. Hair Care 💆‍♀️
Oil next day your hair with coconut or almond oil & washing.
Use a mild shampoo and follow with conditioner.
Avoid excessive heat styling for 1–2 days.
4. Detox Your Body 🥗
Eat light and healthy foods like:
Fresh fruits
Green vegetables
Khichdi or light home-cooked meals
Avoid heavy fried foods after the festival. ( you can have 1/4 tea spoon triphala in the morning for one week with warm water )
