Downward Facing Dog is one of the most practiced yoga poses but when done with the right technique, it becomes deeply strengthening and therapeutic.
Correct practice helps:
• Stretch hamstrings, calves, and spine
• Strengthen arms and shoulders
• Improve blood circulation
• Relieve back stiffness
• Build overall stability and awareness
Focus on lengthening the spine, grounding the palms, and breathing steadily. Yoga is not about forcing the pose it’s about feeling supported in it. 🤍
