NOW finally America has directly jumped into Iran Israel war, attacked Iran's nuclear plants during the intervening night of 21 and 22 June 2025 by bombing the nuclear sites with its B2 bombers using the 2billion dollar bunker buster bombs.Although every country and every agency like IAEA and UN both have already clarified that Iran doesn't have any nuclear bomb right now at the present moment and it's still far away from that point of formation,The question here is Israel itself has not even signed any deal with IAEA and UN regarding it's own illegal nukes. The partition of India in the year 1947,long back 76 years ago now has proven the reality of the fact that it was a deep conspiracy of the British and the west to keep the legacy of divide and rule going on and that's still going on.Actually the fact is in 1947 India got freedom from the clutches of the imperialistic British establishment and the power was handed over to the Civil political establishment but at the same time British rulers continued their legacy of divide and rule and that was the reason a new country called Pakistan was formed to keep the burner burning by the induction of the fuel of so called two nation theory and the power was handed over to the Military establishment which was forcefully imposed upon the so called country called Pakistan.If we analyse the whole story Ali Mohammad Jinnah who is named as the father of Pakistani nation.The question here arises was Jinnah's legacy to lead two nation theory right ? Or was it Nehru's arrogant nature that paved the way for Jinnah to lead the division of India on the basis of two nation theory, although if we go through the history most of Muslim leaders opposed the partition but Jinnah kept going on to impose the two nation theory and the then leader of Congress mainly Nehru kept silent on Jinnah's demand because he thought that his main opposition leader is itself leaving the field for him.Now the Question here is the formation of Pakistan was itself a deep conspiracy under the banner two nation theory because it was the transition of power from West to the Military Establishment here in this case and those Military Generals of Pakistan are since then obeying the commands and orders from their western deep state Masters and the solid fact for this is the first and Second Pakistani Chief of Army Staffs were from the British Army and it was after the retirement of second Army Chief,the then Major General Ayub Khan was handed over the charge of Army Chief of Pakistan after signing an agreement with the western American CENTCOM and the agreement was only to always implement the policy of the west in Pakistan and since then 100 to 150 Officers of Pak Army are being trained in USA every year and the imparted training to these offers is only to keep Pakistan always as it's subsidiary state of western deep state establishments, that's the reason for last 76 years Pakistan is witnessing the continuous regime changes and democracy has never been nurtured in that country because it is this military beurocracy that occupies their Whole of the system wether it is their political system or judiciary or their civil administrative beurocracy the whole of the country is without any rule of law what the military generals wish to impose is being imposed since 76 years,Since 1947 they were being given anti India commands to keep India disturbed on the western side so that India could not grow that's the reason they kept singing the raag of Kashmir every time since 1947 they were given the task to make Afganistan a battle field against then USSR and that's what they did.The fact is that the Pakistani military is like a Militia of the west working on the principles of mercenary forces like black water of US and the Wagner group Russia and that's the reason this militia always manufactured the terrorist groups like JEM TTP LET like groups in their training camps and their ISI is the main manufacturing unit of terrorism in South Asia.Pakistan Army is the only mercenary group which has an experimental lab like country called Pakistan and this is the reason Bengalis opted the separation from the Pakistan because they smelt the rat in the right time.The atrocities which Bengalis faced by this militia mercenary during 1969 and 1970 Balochistan KPK and the Sindh are now facing the same only to keep Pakistan as a subsidiary state of West.Pakistan is like an Aferican country called Sudan and Congo,the situation there now a days is very alarming and probably the nukes of Pakistan are unsafe which can go into the hands of terrorists like TTP and that will be very dangerous for not only to South Asia but to whole of the world in general.Pakistani people should realise the fact that the two nation theory was only a deep conspiracy, although Indian and Pakistani people are one nation because of same cast creed colour and same culture,here one point is important and that is you can't divide one nation on the basis of two religions but it happened due to the fault of leaders.Now comparison the fact where India is after 76 years and where Pakistan is standing now? The fact is India is leading in education health science and technology and Pakistan is far behind India not only India Pakistan is far behind Bangladesh now the fact is India landed it's space craft on the south pole of moon where American NASA is still struggling to reach.the fact is India manufactured world class doctors and scientists on the other hand Pakistan manufactured world wide wanted terrorists.The fact after 76 years India is leading at every forum whether it is science and technology or it is Health sector or it is the defence sector and on the same time Pakistan is leading in poverty illiteracy and in every crime that's being invented in Pakistan whether it's committed by its mafia politicians or by its mafia army Generals.The fact is our Indian army Generals work tirelessly for the betterment of nation on the same time Pakistan army mafia Generals work for the betterment of their own interests rather than their nation.So we Indians should be proud of our country the great and shining India and on the same time Pakistani nation must introspect about the fact that where the blunder has been done?

Why it is Strategically very important for India to go for an alliance with Iran and Afgan Taliban? The question here is about the changing Geopolitical scenario of this region because the worsening situation of Pakistan is a security concern for this region.As far as the Pakistan's 75 yrs history is now nakedly exposed,it reminds me our Prime Minster Shri Narendra Modi's quote that "with whom India should talk in Pakistan because we don't know who rules the fraudulent country like Pakistan"Now the condition and situation of Pakistan is all exposed in front of the whole world.How the democratic Governments are being kicked out of the office.Now it is evident that Pakistan is being run by the mafia army which just like a Militia of the international war industry and international drug mafia, because the Generals of ISI and the Pak Army's key Generals are the members of the international drug mafia and international deep state war industry.It is ISI which kept Afganistan on the burning burner of the war for last 45yrs since 1978/79 in the name of so called fake Afgan Jihad against Russia and then in the name of war on terror these 45yrs were the golden erra of income for Pak Army Generals and they earned the bounties of Billions of Dollars in these years.ISI used their training stations to train the militias like Taliban,TTP,LET,JEM and used these organisations not only Afganistan but in same time they used organisations like LET and JEM along with HM to carry on their activities in Kashmir too and that's how ISI kept disturbing the peaceful environment of Kashmir during past 30yrs.ISI used bounties of cash on these organisations to carry out their activities in Kashmir and on the same time ISI used the same cash to buy the political workers here in Kashmir to keep Kashmir on burning burner politically to pressurise the central Government by instigating the situation politically wether through hartals or through agitations.Now at the movement all credit goes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah who closed the chapter of Kashmir once for all internationally as well as domestically by abrogating the article 370,firstly the move was seemed to be very dangerous but now it has proved to be very fruitful for Kashmir as well as for whole of the country.The question here is "Should India go for a strategic alliance with Iran and Afganistan"? For this my answer is yes that's because the Chapters of Afghanistan and Kashmir are closed that paved the way for Pak Army Generals to initiate the experiment in their own Laboratory that's Pakistan to keep the region unstable by hook or by crook.Pakistan is at the verge of Default and the inflation is on the record rise wether of essential commodities or of petroleum products,their industry is devastated and the units of international companies have closed, electricity is no where in cities as well as in rural areas,their agricultural products have been destroyed due to floods as well as due to disturbing winds and climatic changes.People of Pakistan are being treated as animals by their Pseudo Martial Law Government, thousands of Balochis have been killed in fake operations and thousands are in jails, Situation is worse in Pakistani Punjab too where 20thousand civilians have been picked up by the Agencies working under direct control of ISI.Situation in near future will become worst than bad and it will go for big explosion which will lead to Civil war in Pakistan and their Nuclear is also under threat here India should play wisely and should bring Iran Afganistan on table keeping in view the Pakistan's present situation because if all of this happens a revised and dangerous insurgency will take place along the borders in the name of refugees and that will lead to the instability in the neighbouring countries to prevent all of this to happen India Iran and Afganistan must prepare to counter this devastation by establishing a Joint Counter Insurgency force. That's it.

MEDICINAL BENEFITS OF ONION=>

Mental and nervous fatigue Onions are a source of silicon which is necessary for the good health of the nerves and to reduce mental fatigue. Include them daily in your food.
Gout Prepare a raw onion poultice by grating or chopping the onion and place on the sore spot. Leave in place overnight. Flu Combine two garlic stems and three onions, finely chopped, and blend them with a little water. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Give 1 tablespoon as needed.
Hemorrhoids It is known that eating cooked onions will stop bleeding and pain from hemorrhoids. One person said that when the onions were eaten the bleeding would stop, but when the onions were removed from the meals, the bleeding would start again. Hiccups A quick remedy for this problem is to take a tablespoon of raw onion juice every half hour.
Lung infection Boil some onions, mash them, and place everything between two layers of cloth. Apply to the rib cage for about 2 hours.
Urinary tract infection Take the juice of 3 onions, 3 black radishes and 5 lemons, mix them together and use 1 teaspoon, 5 times a day. Bleeding from the nose or gums Take the juice of an onion and mix it with apple cider vinegar. This solution can be used in case of a nosebleed by putting a few drops in the nostrils with a dropper. You can also keep the same mixture in your mouth for a few minutes if your gums are bleeding.
Blood sugar or glucose levels Onion has been shown in various tests to have a hypoglycemic effect. Onion extracts, taken from dried onions, were given and significantly lowered blood sugar levels. Thus, anyone with diabetes would benefit greatly from the daily use of onion.

Black Fungal Infection(Mucomycosis)=>
Dear friends,It has been more than 16 months since the Covid19 pandemic took over the world and in the last one and a half year we have learnt a lot of things about the virus but new symptoms still keep showing up every day and one such symptom is doing the rounds in hospitals across India which is called Mucomycosis better known as the Black Fungal Infection.Now with the rise in Black fungal infection in india,the Rajasthan has declared the Mucomycosis as an Epidemic currently the state has around hundred Black fungus patients meanwhile Assam has also reported its first case of Black fungus in a Covid19 patient in Guwahati.The steps are taken to ensure integrated and coordinated treatment of infection.Now if we see the news of this symptom has sparked widespread alarm so it is important to understand that it does not affect every one.
So here let us understand what causes Black fungal infection and why it is suddenly being reported in Covid19 survivors.Mucomycosis or black fungal infection is caused by a group of moles called Mucomycitis and these moles live throughout the environment and are often seen to form the blackish moles,the black fungus affects the Sinuses,Brain and Lungs while it has been observed in recovered Covod19 patients,among them it mostly affects ImmunoCompromised patients with diseases like Diabetes,Cancer and others.
According to United States Centre for Disease Controll department USDC,it is most common in Diabetes.
Now let us discuss the symptoms of black fungal infection the symptoms range from headache to even nasal congestion,patients typically have a stuffy and bleeding nose with swelling and pain in the eye as well with droping of eyelid even oftenly with loss of vission.If diagnosed late it even has a mortality rate of 50%.Now prior to the Covid 19 pandemic this infection was very rare but suddenly the rise can be attributed to multiple factors among them the one is the use of steroids in Covid19 patients,the black fungal infection may be trigered by the use of steroids and exposure to wet surfaces also increases the chances of infection while the frequency of this fungal infection is on the rise during the 2nd wave of Covid 19 one way to stall it is by administering thd right dose and duration of steroids when detected on time it is often treated with Antifungal intravenous injaections and better is the steam inhalation and hot water fumigation of the nasal passages.

How to relieve joint pain=>
Joint pain has many causes, but it indicates that the tissues in the joint are inflamed or infected. When the suffering is too great or it becomes chronic, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

The causes are multiple
Joint pain can appear following an accident or trauma, be the consequence of diseases such as gout or influenza, obesity. Other origins also exist: the intensive practice of a sport, family history, a professional activity with repetitive movements, aging with the natural wear and tear of the joints.

Prevention of joint pain
The advice differs according to the cause of the joint pain but in all cases, a medical consultation is necessary.
Some precautions should be taken:
- when you wake up, exercise with muscle stretches;
- equip yourself with an adapted pillow and change bedding if necessary (box spring and mattress must be changed every ten years);
- for overweight people, lose weight to reduce the weight on the joints;
- in case of repeated gout, eat less fat, stop alcohol consumption and drink water;
- for athletes, warm up well, drink a lot and reduce the pace of training.

Remedy 1: Garlic, shea butter
Crush 3 cloves of garlic and mix with shea butter and apply this mixture to the painful parts and massage well for a few minutes
Remedy 2: Onion + honey
Boil 4 onions cut in a liter and a half of water for 10 min. Drink 1 glass, 3 times a day, accompanied by 2 teaspoons of pure honey before the meal.
Remedy 3
To reduce these pains, consume grapefruit and eliminate from your diet the following foods: red meat, oranges and lemons.
