We at Dr. Qadri's Laboratory have installed Gene Xpert with Xpert test menu (Cepheid-USA) in our Laboratory.
We have already 3 units of TrueNat PCR but to increase the sensitivity and test menu we purchased this costly but highly sensitive machine. We are immediately starting detection of MTB, Hepatic viruses, MRSV and BCR-ABL.
Most of the results will be available within hours.
We are first commercial Laboratory to have this machine in Kashmir.

We are delighted to inform the Clinicians that we installed latest Sysmex Hematology analyzer (XR-1000) at our Laboratory (Dr. Qadri’s Lab). This is 1st equipment in India. It gives Extended Inflammation Parameters (EIPs). Now this CBC report will be on 2 pages.
CSF & other body fluids can be also analysed on this analyzer.

With the introduction of "STABLYSE Prep Free" in Molbio TrueNat Covid RTPCR testing, the cost has come down. We have purchased this system. From June 4, 2022 the Cost of RTPCR will be only Rs 1100/- (instead of Rs 1700/-). Test timing has also reduced & it takes only 1 hour for completion.
