Gastroenterology Desk today organised free camp for patients with different Gastrointestinal and Liver ailments at Dr. Manzoor's Polyclinic & Diagnostic Center. Out of 53 patients, 33 were seen by Dr Ibrahim Masoodi, Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist & 20 by Dr Aijaz Patloo, Medical Specialist. Registrations were done free of cost. Patients were offered 40% discount on all medical investigations. Free medicine samples were also distributed among needy patients. This move was highly appreciated by the locals & community residents of downtown area who are always worsely hit by long hartals/strikes. It is hoped that more consultants and specialists of various fields in medicine and surgery will come forward to join & organise such camps for the most needy and deserving public of downtown area.
