A case of Non Healing Venous Ulcers

Plan : Leech Therapy and Papaya Dressing

Leech therapy and Papaya dressing are two unconventional yet effective treatments for non-healing venous ulcers:

Leech Therapy:

1. Bloodletting: Leeches remove stagnant blood, reducing pressure and promoting circulation.
2. Anti-inflammatory effects: Leech saliva contains anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and growth factors.
3. Revascularization: Leech therapy stimulates angiogenesis, promoting new blood vessel formation.
