Umar Nazir from Dadasara Tral receives Prime Time's prestigious Healthcare Excellence (Autism Specialist) of The Year Award
Legendary cricketer, Mr. Sunil Gavaskar, chief guest of the programme, conferred the award at New Delhi.

New Delh//CNS//Mr. Umar Nazir From Dadasara Tral an Autism specialist and Director of Dhanvantari Child Rehabilitation Centre, Bijnor was today honoured with Prime Time’s Healthcare Excellence (Autism Specialist) of The Year 2021-22.
Mr Umar fits the bill eminently. Originally from Dadsara area of Tral Kashmir ,Jammu & Kashmir, he is a senior paediatric Rehabilitation therapist and has assessed more than 20,000 cases of Autism all over India, apart from many other developmental disorders that he excels in.
He started his career in Delhi and now he runs a Rehabilitation center, Dhanvantari Child Rehabilitation Centre in Bijnor, U.P. as Managing Director. He has emerged as a silver lining in the dark lives of those many rural parents who couldn't afford to get their children treated. Mr. Umar provides training to therapists, Health workers, parents and organizes various workshops through out India to get people know about the various disorders, particularly ASD, ADHD, developmental delays and stick out the social stigma attached to these, focussing on widespread acceptance of such issues.
"We need widespread awareness and acceptance of such issues in Children... only that can help!", says Mr.Umar
During COVID-19, Mr. Umar started an online initiative by launching his app under the name TRUST CARE.( Now the same runs through online on a separate platform), and helped special parents gain useful insights on how they can help their children's 'special' journey, while being at home ,particularly during the pandemic.(CNS)
