Hello all! A new case of 50 yr old male patient came with chronic complaints of lower abdominal pain radiating to inner thigh. Patient has habit to***co chewing and was on pain killers for few months. On xray examination it was found that patient is suffering from urinary bladder stone , which was almost 5cm and radio opaque. I operated the patient with open surgery with min incision and stone was removed successfully. Post-op patient is stable and recovering well.

Hello everyone! Posting a new case of child with severe abdominal tenderness and fever since 8 days. Cect abdomen was suggestive of ruptured liver abscess in segment VI and cavity extending to segment V. Abcess was extending through diaphragm in to pleural space. Deroofing was done with drainage of abscess laparoscopic Ally, drain kept in situ with ICD on right side. Patient postoperatively recovering well.

An 16 year old female with history of recurrent abdominal pain and bleeding PR. Underwent and abdominal cect and was found to have intussuception of ileoileal segment. Patient underwent laparoscopy and the segment was reduced. Incidentally meckels diverticulum was found and diverticulectomy was performed. Patient discharged on day 4 in stable condition with full oral diet.

Hello all! So I am posting a new case which is common nowadays. A young 18 yr old male patient came post typhoid with severe abdominal pain and rigidity of abdomen. USG was suggestive of small bowel perforation so patient was taken up for emergency exploratory laparotomy. The pic below shows ileal Perforation. Patient needs to immediately consult a proper dr and take treatment. Such cases if present late May lead to complications and longer postoperative course for patient. Now post op patient is stable.

Hello all! Sorry for the delay in posts. I recently operated a young patient with left side scrotal swelling of approx 16cm and left side varicocele. Preop investigation suggested left testicular malignancy with increased tumor markers. CECT abdomen reported retroperitoneal lymphnode. Patient underwent high inguinal orchidectomy. Post op patient discharged on day 2. HPR reported seminoma. And patient referred to medical oncologist for further management.
