A 44year old male non-smoker, non HT DM
No significant family history
Presented wid chest heaviness and perspiration
Ecg suggestive of Acute Anterior wall myocardial infarction.
Patient went into cardiogenic shock in emergency ward.

Taken up for emergency high risk pci on IABP.
Coronary Angiography suggestive of Acute total occlusion of Left Main coronary artery.
Urgent Thrombosuction and Angioplasty of LMCA and LAD done.

Post op patient weaned off multiple ionotropes and IABP with NIV and discharged successfully.
