What Really Causes Migraine in Ayurveda?
According to Ayurveda, migraine (Ardhavabhedaka) is primarily caused by an imbalance of the Vata and Pitta doshas. This imbalance disturbs the nervous system and impairs blood circulation in the head, leading to intense, debilitating pain.
