कैंसर में PET Scan कितना जरूरी है? 🤔

PET Scan (Positron Emission Tomography) शरीर में कैंसर कोशिकाओं की सक्रियता (activity) को दिखाता है।
लेकिन क्या हर कैंसर मरीज को यह टेस्ट जरूरी होता है? ❌

👉 सच यह है कि PET Scan हर केस में जरूरी नहीं होता।
✔️ यह खासकर तब कराया जाता है जब:
• कैंसर कितना फैला है (Staging) पता करना हो
• इलाज काम कर रहा है या नहीं देखना हो
• कैंसर दोबारा आया है या नहीं जांचना हो

कुछ मामलों में CT या MRI ही पर्याप्त होते हैं।
इसलिए PET Scan का निर्णय हमेशा डॉक्टर आपकी रिपोर्ट देखकर लेते हैं।

💡 याद रखें: सही टेस्ट सही समय पर — यही सही इलाज की शुरुआत है।
