Did... ASD DEVICE CLOSURE ... A 33 Yrs female with complaints of dyspnea and palpitations since 6 mths, ECG showed RAD with incomplete RBBB with strain pattern.. ECHO showed large 30 mm OS ASD with left to right shunt with mild RA/RV dilation with mild PAH. With normal biventricular function , TEE done showed large ASD with all margins of ASD adequate ..PT under went ASD device closure.. procedure went smoothly.. and pt hemodynamically stable..

Did CRT-D ( CARDIAC RESYNCHRONIZATION THERAPY) ..... 60 YRS male k/c/o HTN with complaints of DOE III, the ECG showed complete LBBB, QRS duration >150 ms , and H/o VT for which he was Cardioverted, the echo showed EF of 25-30 %, coronary angiography was normal , inspite of max medical therapy PT remained symptomatic, PT was advised CRT for the same.. procedure went smoothly..
