Foreign kids express their feelings so easily…
but Indian kids hesitate, shy ho जाते हैं… क्यों?

Because hum unhe bachpan se सिखाते हैं:
“बड़ों के सामने चुप रहो…”
“ज़्यादा बोलना badtameezi है…”
And slowly…
they develop a Fear of Expression.
Emotional vocabulary hi nahi banti.
Isliye simple questions ka answer bhi nahi दे पाते।

✨This Diwali, let’s not just clean our homes — let’s cleanse our minds too✨

Every year, we dust our homes, throw out old things, and decorate every corner with light.
But what about the dust that has settled inside our hearts — the heaviness of grudges, hurt, and regrets?

Let’s do a little “Inner Diwali Cleaning” together today

🌼 Step 1: Forgive

Forgiveness is not about saying “what they did was okay.”
It’s about saying “I don’t want to carry this pain anymore.”
Close your eyes.
Think of the person who hurt you.
Take a deep breath in and say silently:

> “I release you. I forgive you. I set myself free.”
Repeat this until your heart feels a little lighter.

🌸 Step 2: Forget

Forgetting doesn’t mean erasing the past — it means choosing not to replay it.
Every time that old memory returns, whisper to yourself:

> “That chapter is closed.”
Train your mind to replace that memory with something peaceful — like gratitude, a happy moment, or a silent smile.

🌺 Step 3: Move On

Moving on is freedom.
It’s giving yourself permission to live fully again.
Do something that reconnects you with you — meditate, dance, go for a walk, talk to someone kind, or simply breathe in silence.

Overthinking steals your sleep… Box Breathing brings it back.
When your mind keeps running in circles, pause… and return to your breath.
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold again for 4.
Do this simple rhythm a few times — and feel your thoughts slow down, your body relax, and peace gently return.

Sometimes, you don’t need to fight your thoughts… you just need to breathe through them.
