Great skin is not simply a matter of DNA. , having a skincare routine could mean a million different things...🤓

Skin care lesson for everyone:

😚GOLDEN TIPS-
1. Cleanse your skin with a facial cleanser

2. Exfoliate using a scrub or an exfoliating face wash once a week

3. Moisturize twice a day, morning and night

4. Apply sunscreen every morning before going outside for the day

5. Use eye cream at least once per day to prevent wrinkles around the eyes

6. Apply lip balm with SPF protection every morning to prevent sunburns on lips and dryness from wind exposure during winter months

Remember EVERYTHING ADDS UP.

There are 2 main goals when it comes to protein consumption.
Firstly, and the most important goal is that you reach your daily protein target in order to ensure muscle preservation and growth.

Secondly, you want to try to distribute the amount of protein evenly throughout the day to maximise muscle protein synthesis.

My recommendation is to eat around 3-6 meals per day.

If you prefer intermittent fasting and choose not to eat in the morning, don’t worry about it too much, just make sure you hit your daily target, which is far more important that evenly distributing your protein throughout the day.

But personally, I feel that consuming protein right after waking up (6-9 hours without protein consumption) is more optimal.

Today I discuss how to meditate for beginners at home its will helps you advance on the Religious path. Spirituality is not about God or religion. It’s all about finding your inner self.
Today is a start by every step meditation guide to help you, meditation course can begin with this topic If you go into this topic with an open mindset, so guys be ready to CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER.

Regular practice is important to understand the benefits of meditation. It needs some time all day. when the daily routine gets engaged, meditation becomes the best part of your life and the day. Meditation is just like a small seed

1.Sit in a comfortable place and chose to wear Soft goods and focus your attention on something.
You can concentrate your breaths on about 10-15 minutes, only take care of your inspirations,
Apart from this, you can focus your attention by repeatedly repeating one mantra or one word like om chanting or take your good name to.
2. Try to sit straight and put your spine without pressure on your body as much as possible, you can choose to sit on a rug or a chair on either a mattress or a floor.

Meditation is to sit in a normal position, but if it is inconvenient, you can choose to sit as you want with stretching your hand and feet when you feel very relaxed and easy.
The impact of meditation technique is highly dependent on the level of comfort.

3. Start visualizing your dream and what you want to become in your future in your mind. And try to be concentrated on the thoughts as yourself.
Try to imagine yourself in shape, colour, and texture. Performing this will make you feel relaxed and peaceful.

If the scenes do not come naturally. Do not force yourself to think so that your mind is not comfortable.
