As a coffee paglu, I had to try this!

coffee + protein seemed like an interesting buy, but I wanna be real about the taste.
It would be arbitrary to compare this with speciality coffee; but it is a great tasting coffee protein and not just a “flavored whey”.

Best drinks to have in the morning? (REVIEW)

Love chai in the morning? I’ll give you an easy hack!

Have a fruit or some nuts, and after a 30 min gap, you can have your chai.

Same hack applies to black coffee or milk coffee.

Warm water does not “detox” your body. Water (cold/warm) works in all physiological processes- including detoxification, digestion, metabolism anyway. Pseudoscience influencers love using these kinda words to sell their plans.

Green tea is OK to have in the morning, but again, it does not “boost your metabolism or fat loss”. It does have antioxidants, but so does coffee.

“Celebrity” trainers are always 🤡 From silly detox, gut cleanse diets, to sh*tty, unnecessary workouts - celebrity trainers are injurious to health and money ⚠️

Simple > fancy. Always. Simple workouts like pushups, suryanamaskars, etc make you much fitter than these crazy silly things. Simple and sustainable diets make you much healthier than keto, detox crash diets.

Why your old diets didn’t work (and what ACTUALLY does!)

Generic diet charts just work on a restrictive approach - removing roti, rice, cheese. These things just work for a few days, then it becomes very difficult to follow 👎
