35 y lady P2L2 presents with polymenorrhagia (heavy bleeding) since 8 months.
USG s/o of a 2.1 x 1.2 cms endometrial polyp with internal vascularity, Endometrial thickness - 14 mm, PCOS and left hydrosalpinx with normal Tumor markers.

Hysteroscopy guided Polypectomy followed by Mirena insertion
