Zyga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing healthcare BPO supporting US-based healthcare organizations in medical billing, coding, QA, and patient intake.
Role: Project Manager – US Healthcare Process
Location: Trivandrum | Shift: Night | Experience: 3+ years
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of US healthcare projects (RCM, QA, Intake, Insurance, Scheduling, CRO, etc.)
Serve as the primary contact for US clients, ensuring timely updates and communication
Develop project plans, set deadlines, and track deliverables to meet SLAs and client goals
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalations
Prepare regular project reports and present to senior management
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in US healthcare or RCM operations
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (billing, QA, intake, insurance, compliance)
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Flexibility to work in US shifts as required
