* Follow the Healing Timeline: Recovery varies depending on the type of surgery—one to two weeks for machine-assisted surgery and up to a month for keyhole surgery.

* Be Careful with Water: Avoid getting water directly into your eyes while bathing during the first few weeks, as advised by your doctor.

* Manage Medications Carefully: Refer to your discharge summary for the exact dosage and timing of eye drops. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application.

* Proper Positioning: For older patients, lying down on a bed while administering eye drops can make the process easier and more effective.

* Storage and Safety: Keep eye drops in their original packaging and discard any remaining solution after one month to avoid contamination.
