Our staff not only helped save her, but they play in her name. They made the decision when the cricket competitions came to Technopark to call themselves Indy's team.

Indy's team once again showed that they have what it takes by winning their match in the Technopark cricket competition.

Well, I never thought I'd be recognised on the streets of Trivandrum, India, but here we are!! Out for a morning walk, and we stumble across this adorable munchkin and his furmum out for a walk.

They are regulars at CoExistence - Pet boarding & rescue and therefore Mocha gets to play with Indy when he stays. 🥰 She recognised us from Indy's updates. (I suppose a blonde girl with short hair tends to stick out here) 🤣

We think he was just adorable, and we thank his mum for stopping us on the street to thank us for what we do, and also let us have a cuddle.. There are truly some amazing people in this world, and Mocha's mum Jilu is one of them...

And just like that, I have to leave her again. 😪 😭

I still cry every time I have to say goodbye, but I rest easy knowing that she is sleeping in a warm, dry place, on a bed with the most caring human I have ever met. 🥰

She was allowed to come to our staff night at the resort, and she made sure to meet every person to try and get them to pat her. 😁

She proves every day that is 1 in a million. Bye baby girl, until next year 😘

My heart is once again full 🥰🥰 Seeing my girl so grown up and healthy is the best result we could have hoped for. She is loved, safe, and having the best time. She has been in her forever home for almost 10 months now and she is so in love with her mum and her fur-siblings.

She still loves every person she comes into contact with, and I couldn't be prouder of the pupper she has become.

As life gets busy and moves on, updates are harder to keep up with. We are doing our best to keep all her followers informed, and we have some exciting news coming, so stay tuned, and thankyou for following the Journey of this very special pup. 😘

Hello world!! I know it's been so long since we have updated you all on our baby girl. Her mum was taking some time to simply enjoy all the kids and take a break, which we all completely understand.

But, here she is! She is adorable, loved, and just so happy with where she has landed. She has been in her new home for over 6 months now and she couldn't be happier.

I miss her every day, but every time i see her, I know that I made the perfect decision. I never thought anyone could love her as much as me, but Aparna does. Every. Single. Day! 💜💜

Well, it's been a challenge, but alot of the dogs are now learning that our new food station is where they come to get food and clean water. Our team has been amazing at checking in on it daily and restocking when they need to.

There is still a long way to go to get the people there to understand the big picture, and apparently, there is yet another litter of pups that have just been born.

Education is key, but also the hardest part of the journey, so we will keep fighting!

Updates are coming shortly of our feed station V.1. It's been a long road to get it up and running, and we are still in the process of trying to get all sogs to use it, as it was placed a little far from their main territory, but we will get there. 💪

The journey continues, and the team has been hard at work trying to get authorities in Technopark on board to install our feed station. In the meantime, here's an adorable photo of Indy sharing her bed with her littler fur-siblings. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🐈🐈

Well, the team has successfully managed to get all dogs to come when their feeding. This is a great first step to getting them to a feeding station.

However, we have had a setback... As it has taken more time than we would have liked to implement the station, and also, they didn't give us a way to educate the people, there has been another complaint.... Here we go again!

Now it is time to educate quickly and get the dogs safely away from the businesses. Please send us alll your god thoughts, we may need them.

While we get a food station sorted, we have started hand feeding the pups to get them used to us.

Hopefully this keeps them from following unsuspecting lunch people around 🤣 A few more days and they should have their own elf feed and water station... Let's see how they respond 🤞

And just like that, they are all back home where they belong. Vaccinated, Desexed, and healthy. Now it's time for us to push on some answers as to where we can place a feed station, in the meantime a group of staff will start the feeding process as we did for Indy.

For a process that's a little scary, they all look pretty ok by the time they came back. Shows you the care they received at Street Dog Watch Association tvm/tc/371/2013!!

Well, our little puppy wuppies are much brighter today. The staff at Street Dog Watch Association tvm/tc/371/2013 are brilliant, and all our pups, even though in a strange place, are safe and well so far.

I said there was 1 with the same personality as my Indy, and here he is clearly in the video trying to make friends and get all the pats 😍 He has big floppy ears, and the cutest little face.. We need a name for him so we can use him as our leader pup when we are trying to call them to feed.

What does everyone think? Is he a Bert, an Ernie, or a cutey patooty? 🤣

Suggestions below so we can name the little guy before the staff start trying to get them used to new feed location on release.

Sorry for being a little quiet since heading over to see Indy. It's been all hands on deck as we organised the 1st catch for the pups and dogs outside Tea Leaf cafe in Technopark.

Step 2 has started: The first catch is being sponsored by Sniffspace and Xtreme Online Solutions Pvt Ltd, and we are pleased to let you all know that the team from Street Dog Watch Association tvm/tc/371/2013 were able to catch 6 dogs, including some of the pups we were feeding.

As they go to work making sure everyone is desexed, vaccinated, and healthy, the team from Xtreme will move on to preparing the feeding station in preparation for their release.

They are all a little scared, as you can imagine, but are all safe and well. Although a little traumatic for these babies, it is the only way to keep, hopefully, keep them safe and start to educate people.

The next step, is to be allowed to release them back to their territory, and hopefully, get other businesses on board to catch the next lot and keep the ball rolling.

Well, let the fun begin !!! 😆 We went back for a night feed to check on all the pups, and low and behold, there is a boy with the exact same personality as our Indy! 🥰

Their mum really is a gem...On a side note, we have never seen mum or dad again 😢

Pups seem healthy, although they are being chased away from the cafe a lot as people are scared of them. 🥹 But as Justice Gautam Patel stated recently "This issue is best solved by working together. If you provide food and some amount of care, the dogs will not get aggressive,” 👍

Let's hope the message gets through. So far we have preliminary approval to move forward with our proposal which includes sterilisation, vaccination, and an awareness program, as well as a street dog food and water station away from the cafes. 🥳🥳🥳

Once again, we will be the pilot. We have a model we think will work, and we will pilot it for 3mths to ascertain its cost and effectiveness. Please keep following and sharing, and help us make the lives of these dogs and the people around them better.

So what do we have here? If you guessed that these are Indy's siblings you'd be right! 😍 Remember when we found her, and then she was rounded up, that mum was pregnant again?

Mum was smart enough to run and hide when the Gov't came to take Indy last year, and she stayed hidden until her pups were big enough to run. 🐕

We now have mum and 7 healthy pups at our local cafe where Indy was. The issue is that, that many dogs pose a problem now and so a plan has to be made to keep them safe from harm, and to educate people on how to live with them.

1st step, in conjunction with Street Dog Watch Association tvm/tc/371/2013 we organised a meeting with the Technopark offices to see if they will allow us to catch, vaccinate and sterilise all the pups and mum so we control the numbers.

If they agree, we then have to get other companies on board to help us fund it. Sniffspace will start the ball rolling by sponsoring, and hopefully in turn we can convince others that the only way to live in harmony is to vaccinate, sterilise and run awareness programs about living alongside our canine counterparts.

1st meeting went ok, now to push them as time is the enemy and we don't need more puppies... (although they are adorable)🥰
