We celebrated our 6 th Anniversary on July 13th at KP Krishna Pillai Memorial Hall Nandavanam.
Enlight center for Holistic Development started its functioning on July 11 th 2019 at Jawahar Nagar OB 6 with one department and now when we completed our six successful years we extended to M11 jawahar nagar having three dpartments and 10 therapists working fulltime with us and 1 therapist supporting us online.
The celebration was inaugurated by Dr. Krishnan Prof. And HOD Dept. of psychiatry Medical college Trivandrum.
He rendered a wonderful talk for our parents and children on the topic “Bridging Therapy and medicine: Awareness for Comprehensive Pediatric care”. Our parents could gain a lot and they interacted with great enthusiasm.

After the formal session our children rocked the stage with variety entertainments like dance, songs, fashion show, poetry recitations, mimicry, intrumental music, quiz, story telling etc… Two hours of fun and laughter a proud moment for us, our kids and parents they just made us all enjoy… it was great to see their transformation, improvement in their self confidence coupd elicit lot of hidden talents.

Our team members displayed their dancing skills through a fusion dance.

Thank you all children, parents, and well wishers.

As we respect the privacy of our kids not sharing any photos of their performances.

Feels that SBI will be another EY.
The experiences my friends share with me the pressure they encounter.... Even a best performer in the branch is being dejected and harrased by superiors.... Even the operations team are given sales target .. mutual funds inssuarance - term life health etc etc.... each day I am getting minimum two calls from my friends who are working in SBI requesting for a fund to meet their target.... People working in clerickal level as well as officer level are stressed.
When adviced to give a whistle blowing they are afraid about loosing job or will become the scape goat or will be given pressure by the higher officials because of the complaint....
