Gum Care 101: Ayurvedic Secrets for a Healthy Smile.

Are you looking for natural ways to keep your gums healthy and strong? Look no further than Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of healing. Here are some tips to keep your gums in tip-top shape:

Oil Pulling: Swish a tablespoon of sesame oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes before brushing your teeth. This helps to remove bacteria and plaque from your gums.

Neem Twigs: Chew on a neem twig after meals to help freshen your breath and remove plaque from your teeth and gums.

Turmeric: Mix a pinch of turmeric powder with your toothpaste before brushing. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the gums.

Triphala: Take a triphala supplement to help strengthen your gums and teeth.

Yoga: Incorporating certain yoga poses such as the bridge pose and the lion pose can help improve blood circulation to the gums, promoting healthy growth.

Remember, regular dental check-ups and proper oral hygiene practices are also essential for maintaining healthy gums. Give these Ayurvedic tips a try and see the difference for yourself!

Nose works on a subconscious level in a way that your eyes and ears don't.
Smell is good at avoiding filters set by the brain that your other senses have to go through.
Fragrances have personalities. Be sure to use one that is gentle, the one that matches and goes well with your personality.
