Three Ear Points (Jin's Three needle acupuncture tharapy) for promoting hearing recovery and tinnitus.

☺️☺️Methods:
SI 19 (Tingong) and GB 2 (Tinghui): with the patient's mouth open, insert the needles perpendicularly to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cun.
GB 12 (Wangu): insert the needle perpendcularly to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cun. Do not lift or thrust the needle during the needle retention. Scraping the needle hand with fingernail or rotating and twirling the needle are appropriate.

How to treat insomnia? Try to use Three Points for Insomnia (Jin's Three needle acupuncture tharapy): HT 7 (Shenmen), PC 6 (Neiguan), SP 6 (Sanyinjiao).

Insert the needles for all three points perpendicularly to a depth of 0.5-1.0 cun.
