I am publishing this to highlight the irresponsible behavior and negligence I personally experienced from Crossbeats' customer service.
I had purchased the BLAZE 24 Sound Bar on November 3, 2023. I have used it only occasionally, mainly because I found no real quality in the product. Now, the battery doesn't hold any charge at all, and the switch has also become faulty due to poor build quality. I contacted customer care requesting only service support, but ended up completely frustrated. Since the warranty period had expired, their only response was that there was nothing they could do.
Even when I tried to contact them again just to ask for nearby service center details or at least a contact number, they showed no cooperation whatsoever. When there is a legal obligation to provide after-sales service, such a dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I was not asking for free service, just some kind of support.
From this experience, it’s clear to me that once a product is sold and pushed onto a customer, the company washes its hands of all responsibility.
I kindly urge everyone to be cautious—only purchase products from fundamentally responsible companies that deliver quality and stand behind their customers.
