School of Santhi. Since the start the School of Santhi teaches traditional Yoga for serious spiritual seekers .The purpose is to enable people to look deep into themselves.

Just as envisaged in the traditional Indian Gurukula system, personal attention and care is ensured to each participant and to facilitate this our sessions are conducted in small groups.

I have not been active on FaceBook for a long time now but I am happy to be back with some good news. We are building up a small meditation and Yoga Centre in Ekero, Sweden, beside my home. The construction work is almost finished, and I hope we could open up the center for you to come and practice with me by the beginning of June. I will put up the schedule and propose programs soon.

Allowing the mind to flow to a point of attention continuously for a long period of time without effort is meditation.

Why are we here? We are here to understand ourselves. The purpose of life is for that. Meditation will set you on this path of understanding yourself, realising yourself. Once you understand who you are, you are calm. The load of keeping your identities is gone and life becomes a celebration. Everybody wants to be a celebrant. Everybody wants to celebrate his life. That's the essence of living and that is why meditation is essential!

The purpose of a Satsang is to stop the mind and remain in oneness with the inner essence.

The uniqueness of Satsang with Santhi is that he starts the session with meditation. He leads the participants to stillness; allows them to relax with their inner witness thus offering a possibility to reach a state very close to Samadhi. He further continues the session with a discourse. The subjects are always centered around spirituality and transformation.

Santhi’s enlightening discourses are life transforming. He inspires his listeners to go for inner exploration and realization. Is it possible to look-inside real-time?

Santhi explores the possibility of simultaneously looking inside real-time, when life happens around in the outside world.

In real-time situations, we project ourselves from within outwardly and then we leave it partially. The observer doesn't work at all in such situations. Practitioners know that observation is the key for opening the inner door to get into the witness. We all know.. but when in real time something happens, we forget it and get into the consequences of the situation.

Mastery of the mind happens only when the observer is vigilant constantly. You need to have a sharpness and an intensity in getting to know what is going on inside.

Are there any tools to help one look inside? What is the process of shutting the senses and the mind?

Perception, Cognition and Conceptualisation - These are the three functions of the mind. There is nothing other than these three functions that happen in the mind during a lifetime. When you see and understand this by your own observation, you become the observer of the program of your mind. That is the starting step to the real mastery over the mind!
