Detox Fasting Yoga Juice fasting and detox programmes with yoga and meditation in Sivananda Ashrams in India

This year we are running 6 x 1 week Juice Fasting and Detoxification programmes in 3 Sivananda Ashrams Meenakshi, Tapaswini and Dhanwantari
2 consecutive programmes at each Ashram so you have the oportunity to register for either of tge 1 week programmes or for ten days ir the full 2 weeks
Meenakshi, Madurai 25 Oct and 1 Nov
Tapaswini, Gudur 13 Nov and 20 Nov
Dhanwantari, Neyyar Dam 3 Dec and 10 Dec

Well it's looking positive for our Juice Fasting programmes in Madurai 15 November and Neyyar Dam 3 December.
A regular Yoga practice and some meditation always helps to keep us calm and focused.
Now is the time to re-evaluate our needs.
