The day's mood is based on the people's morning waking up vibe.Their mind vibe is more important in the morning.It starts from only exercise.who told that exercise sucks the day ?if they so,I think they are the biggest fool in this world.The exercise is only medicine to each and every problem and disease in and around one's world.Daily exercise at the morning is most important to keep them fit both physically and mentally.It boost the energy and immunity for their daily routine work.some people may think that exercise may be just a sake word to waste the hour of their busy life.But the fact is exercise gives u more confident and more power to fight for their goals .It just tightens ur muscles and make u more flexible which fight against the more diseases.This technology world is becoming critical day by day as a word the people's life is becoming critical day by day .Even though u r working for 7-8 hrs a day.Its so plenty of an hour of exercise to keep urself strong and healthy.So let's take a pledge to do exercise daily by creating a healthy world.

What's special with this result?

This particular client had severe PCO and she came to me after consulting her doctor, i advised her to loose her excess weight after our classes.

By our extended sector YOGYM She lost about 8 kgs and followed the diet as instructed.

when she checked with her doctor, she surprised her stating "no PCO for you ! " with lot of exclamatory marks doctor asked

Hibiscus & lemon juice... thanks for sharing the recipe keerthana.

This is very good for heart & blood circulation. This is a very good stuff for people who want to loose weight.

Hibiscus Lemon Juice

Note : Clean hibiscus flowers (taken 30-40 flowers) by removing it's staminal tubes and calyx. Use only petals, seperate it as one by one.

1. Heat water nearly 1.25 litre

2. Wash the seperated petals with water

3. Boil water till bubbles form

4. Put the petals one by one into water

5. Switch off the stove when the petals color changed to pale

6. Keep the lid closed for min 6 - max 24 hrs so that the juice will be extracted from the petals ( You can notice in pic, petals looks so soft )

7. Squeeze 4 big lemons

8. Mix lemon juice in hibiscus container and filter it with medium filter

9. Again drain it with small one to remove lemon carpels

10. Add country sugar ( added 7-8 tablespoons )

11. Ready to serve

U can Keep it for 1 week in fridge. 👍🏻
