😊Its believed to increase confident, willpower and determination

HOW TO DO

😍From vajrasana stand on ur knees keeping the knees and feet together
😍bring the right leg in front so that it forms a 90 degree angle b/w thigh and calf
😍the right thigh must be parallel to the floor
😍keep the arms by the side of the right leg
😍fingers touches the ground supporting the body to maintain the balance in the posture
😍rest the knee of the left leg on the floor, look upward
😍hold this position as long as it comfortable, don't strain ur body
😍to release the posture bring the head down and then take the right leg to sit in vajrasana
😍 follow the same steps with the other leg

PRECAUTIONS

😳be careful with the assignment of the knee in the front leg,it should be in line with the ankle
😳Dont over practice as that could strain the muscles
😳people with any neck problem should look straight instead of upward direction
😳people who suffering from ankle and knee pain should avoid this asana
