10 வயது ஆண் குழந்தை காதுவலி குறைபாட்டுடன் Clinicக்கு வந்தார். பரிசோதித்த போது, காது முழுவதும் காது மெழுகால் அடைந்திருந்தது. பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் சுத்தமான முறையில் காது மெழுகு அகற்றப்பட்டது. செயல்முறைக்கு பிறகு உடனடியாக வலி மிகவும் குறைந்து, முற்றிலும் வலி இல்லாமல் குழந்தை இருந்தார்.

காதை சுத்தப்படுத்த காட்டன் பட் (ear bud) பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது. காது மெழுகை எப்போதும் மருத்துவ நிபுணர் மட்டுமே பாதுகாப்பாக அகற்ற வேண்டும்.

ஒரு 24 வயதுடைய பெண் களைப்பு/சோர்வு என்று வந்தார். அவரது இரத்த ஹீமோகுளோபின் அளவை பரிசோதித்தபோது அது 5.8 (தீவிரமாகக் குறைவாக) இருந்தது. அதற்கேற்ப சிகிச்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டது. சில நாள்களுக்குள் அவரது ஹீமோகுளோபின் 9 ஆக உயர்ந்தது. தற்போது அவருடைய அறிகுறிகள் மாறி, அவர் சுறுசுறுப்பாக இருக்கிறார்.

பெண்களுக்கு ஹீமோகுளோபின் அளவு குறைவதற்கான வாய்ப்பு அதிகம் இருப்பதால், தங்களின் Blood ஹீமோகுளோபின் அளவை பரிசோதிப்பது மிகவும் அவசியமானது.
