Benefits of using coldpressed oil has been discussed in many articles
What is lost in hot pressed and what we gain in coldpressed is not discussed properly
All natural seeds like groundnut , sesame seeds have heat sensitive nuritents/ enzymes which will be destroyed in the process of hot press extraction
Those enzymes are very useful and rarely seen in other vegetables or food v intake.
Will discuss about the nutrients and enzymes in our coming post.
