Patient was a case of High grade fever with Uncontrolled diabetes and diabetic foot with ulcers and Enteric fever (typhoid )along with UTI…My patient is very tractable and a fighter and she recovered beautifully after debridement and good cover with antibiotics and insulin!!!Kudos to her and the whole team!!Happy recovery ❤️
