Pesto Paneer Pizza😋 (Jain)

-Base made with Ragi and whole wheat flour.
Ingredients: (for 2 pizza base)
1/2 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp mixed seasonings
3 tsp curd
salt
knead a soft dough and let it rest

-For pesto sauce
basil 1 cup
1/4th cup walnuts
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green chillies
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
little water
Grind and the pesto sauce is ready.

-Take veggies of choice and paneer fry them in little olive oil with salt , pepper and pizza seasonings.

-Make a thick chapati , make holes in the roti with the help of a fork and cook the chapati on both sides
- Apply pesto sauce, top with veggies and paneer, grate generous amount of cheese and bake till done.

Healthy high protein quick and easy to make dessert which is too delicious😍.

Ingredients: (for 2 cup cakes)
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/4th tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 small banana
1tsp honey
4/5 chopped almonds
1 tsp mix seeds
1tsp olive oil
a pinch of salt

Method of preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients and blend well. Pour in the cups , add a piece of dark chocolate in the middle and bake till done.

Besan chilla whole wheat toast with veggies 😋. High protein , high fiber breakfast option.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 Bread toast)
1/2 cup besan
1/4th tsp ajwain
3/4th cup veggies of choice (finely chopped)
1/2tsp chaat masala
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1/4th tsp jeera powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp grated ginger
water to make a batter consistency

Method of preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients and a make a batter , apply on one side of the bread , apply ghee on a pan add some sesame seeds, place the bread and toast the bread and same on the other side as well.

Besan+palak chilla😋

Super healthy, nutritious , high protein breakfast or dinner option.

Ingredients:
1 cup besan
1 cup blanched palak
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp daniya powder
salt to taste
water

Method of preparation:
Mix the blanched and grinded palak with besan, add all spices , then add water as required and make a batter. Spread the batter on non stick pan, a little thicker than a dosa, chopped veggies and paneer can be added as a stuffing , apply ghee on both sides and enjoy.

Mexican rice 😋🤤

Its delicious, flavorful, wholesome, high protein, high fiber , nutritious and a balanced meal.

Ingredients:
1 bowl boiled rice
1tsp finely chopped garlic and ginger
1 chopped onion
1/2 bowl tomato puree
1/2 bowl boiled rajma
1/4th bowl boiled corn
1 small chopped capsicum
3tsp olive oil and 1tsp butter
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
2tsp chopped coriander
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

Method of preparation:

Take oil and butter in a pan, sauté garlic ginger, then add chopped onion ans sauté till it turns translucent , add capsicum and tomato puree and ketchup , sauté for a while , then add all dry spices, salt , boiled rajma and corn, bolied rice, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves .
