Hemophilia is a rare, genetic blood disorder that happens when your blood doesn't clot enough to make your bleeding slow down or stop.
Haemophilic arthropathy, a common complication of hemophilia, is a progressive joint disease resulting from repeated bleeding into the joint cavity, known as hemarthrosis. This repeated bleeding leads to inflammation, damage to the synovium (joint lining), cartilage, and bone, ultimately causing joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduced mobility.
Several joints can be affected due to random bleeding in different joints.
Most common joints are knee and elbow but simultaneously ankle , hip, and shoulder also get affected.
Physiotherapy plays vital role in maintaining joint ROM, subsiding pain and preventing further disability.
In this vedio we are presenting basic Lower limb exercises.

Online therapy (Teletherapy) on recovering from any kind of body pain.
Physical therapy or physiotherapy (often abbreviated to PT) is physical medicine and rehabilitation specialty that re-mediates impairments and promotes mobility, function, and quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical intervention (therapy using mechanical force and movements). It is carried out by physical therapists.
Physiotherapy has existed as a form of treatment for dysfunctions and disabilities for thousands of years. It is considered a key treatment in the rehabilitation of patients suffering from debilitating conditions as a result of accidents or diseases.
According to the WCHPT (World Confederation for Physical Therapy), it is defined as the area of health responsible for promoting, developing, maintaining and restoring people’s maximum movement and functional ability throughout their lives.
When a person’s function or mobility is affected by pain, ageing, injury, disease, disability or long periods of inactivity, the physiotherapist is the health professional qualified to complete a full medical check up of the patient.
